On August 22nd Huck PAC supporters will gather to meet one another and make phone calls on behalf of Huck PAC endorsed candidate Bob McDonnell. Bob is running for Governor of Virginia. He has what it takes to be a great leader for Virginia.
Our goal for the day is to make 10,000 calls to Virginia voters. We are asking participants at each House Party to make a few calls using their cell phones. You do not have to make calls to attend a Party and participation is FREE. We will provide the lists of voters names and phone scripts for everyone willing to participate.
First though, we need House Party hosts. If you are interested in hosting a House Party or want more information please contact Katie Beth Harris at Huck PAC or call Huck PAC at 501-324-2008. Her email is katiebeth.harris(at)mikehuckabee.com.

Got Huck? A Louisiana Girl Gone Good!

Not so long ago, I was a Democrat. A Liberal. A Progressive. A Fool! I even had a crush on old Bill...and was jealous of Monica! I'm so ashamed to admit it. But we all have to grow up one day, and my day was September 11, 2001.
Sitting in my classroom consoling my first graders' fears while trying to hide my own, I knew things had changed irreparably for our great nation. I searched everywhere for a voice of truth, one that would tell me what I needed to know as a US citizen, a Christian, a mom, a teacher. I needed to know not only the incoming news about the crash sites, but what was going on in the America and the world, something to which I'd never given a 2nd thought.
It was then that I realized no voice on Earth could help our nation…only God could bless America once again. Our nation has strayed egregiously far from the Christian values and divine establishment principles on which our country was founded. In addition, the only party that modeled by word and deed the divinely inspired constitutional ideals set forth by our founding fathers were the conservatives – the Republican party.
Sadly, though our country came together briefly after September 11th, it has since forgotten that day of pain, as well as the Reason behind America’s countless blessings up to that point. It seems that a majority of our citizens have thrown God’s grace and our forefathers’ wisdom by the wayside. I can honestly, and thankfully, say that Mike Huckabee never forgot, and never will, the matchless grace of God nor the original intent and purpose of our Constitution.
When I think about the direction our country is taking, I know it’s in direct opposition of the America that God has so richly prospered in the past. The only means of making a productive and positive change in 2012 is to support a candidate who stands unwaveringly behind God and the United States citizens. I'm a conservative Christian mother of 2, 5th grade teacher, Air Force veteran, and doctoral student who wants to see a major reform in America - a return to ethics, morality, integrity, and values based on the principles on which our great country was founded. I truly believe that Mike Huckabee espouses all that our founding fathers dreamed of and fought for. Huckabee will fight without ceasing to bring Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness for ALL back to our blessed nation. Geaux Huckabee!!!
